Breaking up is one of those things that’s inevitable in most relationships, unfortunately.
Some scientists have even argued that the brain reacts to heartbreak in ways similar to how it would react to physical pain or a drug addiction.
For some, it can be a very difficult and emotionally draining process. There’s nothing worse than waking up one day knowing that the person you love is no longer yours. I, myself, am not good at dealing with heartbreak.
However, there are others who can move on from it without a scratch. Instead of letting the loss of someone special take over their lives, some people think the best way to get over a breakup is to simply continue living life as if nothing happened.
